OSCAR PICAZO

Dietitian-Nutritionist and graduated in Chemistry. Has participated in research projects about organic synthesis, nanotechnology and nutrition. He is author of articles in international specialised journals and teaches in several postgraduate programmes (European University of Madrid, Isabel I University, Alfonso X University, Miguel de Cervantes European University). Likewise, he is lecturer in international congresses and regular editor of health contents. Oscar is expert in diet-therapy treatment of digestive disorders, autoimmune diseases, and intolerances. Currently he is responsible of health promotion projects in MAPFRE Foundation.

NSCA-CPT 2013 Certification, personal trainer of healthy people and special populations with pathology, in particular cancer, since 2015. Collaborator in Medical Fitness, Preventive Medicine and Age Management Clinics of Dr. Durántez since 2010. Specialist in Physical Exercise and Cancer by the Physical Exercise and Cancer Professional Institute. Since 2016, he is the owner and director of the first specific centre of training for patients with cancer in Madrid Region.

He holds a Master's Degree in Supportive Treatment in Cancer Patients from the Autonomous University of Madrid, where he currently works as a Teaching Collaborator at the Faculty of Medicine.

Silvia is Gastroenterologist in La Paz University Hospital of Madrid. She is responsible of the Bowel Health Unit in the Clinic of Dr. Durántez and of the Digestive Functional Disorders Unit in La Paz University Hospital of Madrid. Graduated in Medicine by the Complutense University of Madrid (1996-2002). RMI in the Digestive System Specialty in La Paz University Hospital (2003-2007). Attending Doctor in the Digestive System Service of La Paz Hospital since 2007 until today.

Specialist in inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, diarrhoea and chronic constipation, as well as bowel permeability, dysbiosis and food intolerances. She is Clinical Collaboration Teacher in the Autónoma University School of Medicine of Madrid. Author of numerous publications in national and international journals. Gives courses, conferences and seminars related to her specialty.

She currently participates as researcher in more than 15 clinical trials.

Psychiatrist and graduated in Medicine by the University of Navarra. She is Master in Mental Health Research by the five Spanish Universities Consortium supported by CIBERSAM, in Dysmetabolism Prevention by the Cali University and in Nutrigenomic and Orthomolecular Medicine supported by the Spanish Society of Nutrition and Orthomolecular Medicine. Paula is member of the International Society of Nutritional Psychiatry Research ISNPR and currently she undertakes her Phd about stress and metabolism in the Endothelium and Cardiometabolic Medicine Unit of the Ramón y Cajal Hospital of Madrid. She works in Beirut and Madrid.

Her work is focused in the Stress management within 3 varieties: Antiaging, Pre/Post Surgery and Stress Relief/Burn Out/PTSD, with personalised evidence-based medicine programmes which include, nutrition, exercise, oral and parenteral supplementation, hormonal optimisation and psychotherapy.
